DAVID HILL
President
David is recognized as an expert in the fields of data aggregation and settlements and load research, and has repeatedly shown the ability to conceive and implement elegant technical solutions to complex business problems.
David served previously as Vice President of Market Solutions for LODESTAR (now Oracle Utilities), as well as Product Manager for LPS and LodeStar and Director of Professional Services. David started his utilities career at Centerior Energy, now part of First Energy and at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
David received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University in 1994.

PEPCO HOLDINGS INC. (EXELON)
Entegrity resources have performed work at Pepco for 20 years. As LODESTAR employees, Entegrity built Pepco's first data aggregation system and has worked on various projects and upgrades over the years. Our Entegrity Data Aggregation Solution is currently in production processing over 1.4 million AMI interval metered and 500,000 scalar metered service points for each trade date.
Our solution also performs census load research calculations during the data agg runs for all profile and rate factor classes in PHI's territories.
Entegrity has also implemented a host of additional functionality using the data in our aggregation system, including net energy metering calculations for the PJM market, demand response reporting and analysis, PLC calculations, data analysis for cost of service studies, special reporting for multi-metered service points, etc.
AMEREN
Entegrity’s partners first worked on Ameren's Oracle Utilities solutions as LODESTAR employees. After forming Entegrity, Ameren hired Entegrity to implement system changes required by MISO market changes. Entegrity designed and implemented solutions for MISO for supplier settlements and invoicing and Meter Data Management Agent (VEEA).
When Ameren implemented their AMI meter rollout, they engaged Entegrity to implemented our Data Aggregation Solution for both electricity and gas services to provide the capability to perform daily aggregation and settlements on millions of AMI meters.
CONSTELLATION NEW ENERGY
Constellation engaged Entegrity in their MDM, Billing Expert, Pricing Expert and the Oracle Adapter implementations. Entegrity played several crucial roles throughout the project. Entegrity redesigned the MDM system to improve work-flow and efficiency. Entegrity helped improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Constellation’s back-office billing system for both retail C&I and mass market bills for Constellation’s customer base across their markets. Entegrity also enhanced the forecasting components utilized by Pricing Expert and the cancel/rebill functionality utilized in Billing Expert.
PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
PG&E engaged Entegrity to update the Dynamic Load Profiling system that David originally developed as an employee. Entegrity also provided implementation support and detailed testing of the Itron Enterprise Edition (IEE) system for performing the California VEE rules on interval data, developed a test plan for WACS, and developed and tested VEE rules for solar generation data as part of the California Solar Initiative.
ERCOT
David was a key resource on the development of the ERCOT zonal data aggregation solution as the author of the design template used by the implementation and key technical resource. When ERCOT moved forward with the nodal market redesign, they engaged Entegrity to play critical roles in that process. Entegrity redesigned their data aggregation efforts and saved over 80% of processing time to improve the performance and expand available time in the batch window. Entegrity rewrote the data aggregation system for the nodal market with the capability of handling the aggregation of up to 7 million ERCOT ESIIDs as the Texas market moved towards an all AMI internal metered solution.
ENGIE
Entegrity has implemented and enhanced the Engie Oracle Utilities solution over multiple projects to improve performance and add functionality and features.
ENBRIDGE
Entegrity helped Enbridge define a strategy that would allow them to utilize existing systems and design new solutions to meet the Smart Metering requirements.
HYDRO OTTAWA
Entegrity implemented and enhanced Hydro Ottawa's LPS solution for the Ontario market over a number of projects and enhancement requests. Entegrity has supported Hydro Ottawa for almost 20 years.
ATCO ELECTRIC
Entegrity resources implemented the initial Hydro Ottawa settlement solution as LODESTAR employees. ATCO hired Entegrity to upgrade and enhance those solutions and implement other Oracle Utilities projects.
